Once you’ve purchased, our cart will email you with all the info you need.  Please check your spam-traps if you don’t see an email reasonably promptly.

All of our products are either accessed as (A) Zip-files, downloaded to your device, containing all of the MP3 files and documents in your purchase, or (B) account-protected-access to a page here at this site with embedded video playback.

This process is designed to be seamless and automatic.  Since we can’t predict every browser extension and potential technical conflict, please rest easy in our good intentions to make our customers happy!  Do contact us through our website contact form if you have any difficulty.

Most of our audio programs are currently downloaded as .ZIP containers, with your files inside.  Most of our video programs are streamed from inside our website, when you’re logged in.  In your main user area, you’ll always see links to product streaming pages for products you’ve purchased.

Yes, depending on future technology and such, we aim to give you lifetime access to products you’ve purchased.  Note: If your account and password gets hacked and a high amount of multiple-sourced video streams are detected through that account, the cart will disable your access temporarily until we can create a new secure account for you.

Contact us!  Our goal is your satisfaction.  If you have difficulty, get in touch and tell us what you’re experiencing.  We may do some Q&A to figure out what’s causing the issue, and hopefully we can resolve it fast for you.  If not — if none of our efforts resolve things, you are protected with our customer satisfaction guarantee.  (See our site terms/policies).

We have a 1-year refund guarantee on home-study materials, up to $375 at a time.  This protects you in your first/early transactions with us, and it also protects us against refund-abusers.  Please review our company home-study refund policies (linked through our top menu above, and  our site footer.)

A deposit reserves your seat for the live training.  You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and logistics.

After reserving your seat, you can pay the remaining balance later.  Tuitions sometimes change based on early-bird deadlines listed on the seminar page, so you get to choose when to pay your balance.  For multi-day events, balances are generally paid via Zelle, Check, or Wire Transfer.  We will send details after you’ve registered.

Refundability and deadlines vary by event and are listed on the seminar page for your training. 

Generally your money is safe with us, and isn’t earned until you attend the event you’re signing up for.

We do have minimal terms in place to ensure some do not take undue advantage (e.g., cancelling last minute after we’ve potentially held your seat for you, and possibly turned away others, etc).

Your coaching fee is not considered earned until the coaching session takes place, so it is fully refundable right up to the start of the session.  Please note: At some point in 2026, we are expecting to have to institute a 24-hour notice policy for rescheduling or canceling.

After your session begins, refunds are handled carefully on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

An example: Generally, Jonathan does not like receiving payment for work that isn’t helpful, and he knows that not every coach is a great fit for every client.

So if you’re ~10 minutes into a session and you feel this isn’t going to help you, then share that.  The session will stop, and Jonathan will refund your money in full.  No 10-minute pro-rated charges, etc.  A poor client-coach fit detected early means:  no charge.

However:  Jonathan will also be checking for progress throughout the session, and will use your feedback to evaluate whether or not progress is being made, and his insights and questions and strategies are found helpful to you. 

So, as you might guess, Jonathan will not complete a 1-hour session or longer, with you giving positive feedback throughout, and then entertain a request for refund at the end.

Paid, unused coaching hours never expire! 

However: Jonathan’s rates do go up over time, so if you wait long enough, the amount of time you have paid for may reduce based on his new rates over time.  (This is not a frequent occurrence).
